Fallout 4 player built a floating city from the 1995 movie Waterworld
A Fallout 4 player qndry shared his latest creation — a settlement in the middle of the ocean, reminiscent of the floating city from the 1995 Waterworld movie. He utilized the Conquest mod, which allows building settlements almost anywhere in the Commonwealth, and chose a location right in the center of the ocean north of Spectacle Island.
The result is a true floating city with extensive infrastructure. There are various wooden and metal structures, surrounded by a defensive wall. There's even a bar to quench thirst.
The community appreciated the creative approach, however, it's worth noting that the settlement doesn't have much practical use in the game. The author himself admitted that this was simply a personal project for fun, not an attempt to construct a functioning water city.
